HOA Dues Payment Selection

 We offer credit card payments strictly as a convenience option for residents who prefer to pay online.

 HOA dues are $493. The fee is $17 – for a total of $510. 

The additional amount does not go to the HOA. 

As in all previous years, residents who wish to avoid this fee may continue to use our fee-free option by downloading the invoice below and mailing a check for $493 to the HOA.
