We’re happy to share some good news with our residents — HOA dues have been lowered for 2026! Through careful budgeting, vendor reviews, and responsible planning, the Board was able to reduce costs while continuing to maintain and improve our community. Thank you for your continued support and cooperation in helping keep Hawkes Bluff a great place to live.
Residents may now submit their 2026 HOA dues ($493) using one of the following methods:
For residents who choose to pay online by credit card, the payment processor applies a processing fee, which brings the total displayed amount to $510.
Please note that this additional amount does not go to the HOA—it is collected by the credit card processor to cover transaction costs.
As in previous years, residents who prefer to avoid this fee may continue to use our fee-free option by mailing a check for $493 to the HOA.

Dear Neighbors,
For the safety and comfort of all residents, please be reminded that all dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while in common areas of the community.
Leash requirements help protect children, families, and other pets. Dog owners are expected to remain attentive and in control of their pets while outdoors.
Additionally, please remember to pick up after your dogs and properly dispose of pet waste to help keep our community clean and enjoyable for everyone.

Dear Neighbors,
This is my first message following my election to the board and appointment as President. Thank you for your support. I look forward to serving you, my neighbors, and the community. We also welcome new directors Richard Bouabdallah who will address construction approvals, and other duties, and Jim Gibbons, who, along with our contractor Joyful Homes and Andrea Joy, will address covenant violations, as well as other duties.
A few items to address.
We are still in the process of amending the covenants.
The proposed changes address: (1) The association’s maintenance responsibilities of the wood fencing along I-75; (2) the number of votes to change the covenants; (3) the type of permitted metal roofs, and (4) other necessary changes.
Repairs have been completed for general lighting at our entrances with installation of missing lights and overall brighter lighting. We also decreased voltage for safety. You will also see that our Holiday Lighting has been installed to brighten the season! The North Hawkes Bluff entrance holiday lighting has returned! Yeah! Enjoy!
