 Dear Neighbors,

Below is the announcement of your Homeowners Association Annual Meeting and Election, to be held at

7:30 PM on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, in the Ivanhoe Fire Station Community Room ( 6101 SW 148th Ave, Davie, FL 33330).

For those unable to attend, an absentee ballot is also attached.

Please use this ballot ONLY if you cannot attend the meeting.

To vote by absentee ballot, please print, complete and sign it,  then mail or hand-deliver it to the association’s mailbox at:

4474 Weston Road, PMB 150
Davie, FL 33331

All absentee ballots must be received by 5:00 PM on October 27, 2026.

You may vote for a maximum of seven candidates, and write-in candidates are permitted.
